I would very much appreciate anyone who has solved the problem or someone with the knowledge to diagnose it and help solve to provide as much insight as possible. I have looked around online and found other problems similar however the jumble of information has not lead me to a conclusion or a solution. The problem has come and gone, i had a lapse of around a month where it didnt happen this was after a move of house but i had already tried cleaning the inners for dust with compressed air, regardless the problem has returned.

I looked around before coming here, and I have blown into the fan to no avail as well as updating BIOS, also to no avail. So i've had this computer for about a year (Windows 7) now and although its specs are falling off it does what i want it to do, basically last generation gaming such as "League Of Legends". I've had my laptop a bit longer than a year, and last night, my fan started making a high pitched noise.
